By the age of 26, Jacinta Cali had become a partner in a successful digital company, giving her the opportunity to hone her abilities and obtain valuable expertise in the digital world.
She worked for this New South Wales based company from 2008 until 2021, rising to the position of director in 2013. During her time there she learnt significant lessons about leadership, creativity and the necessity of accessibility in digital design.
In 2017, she was invited to speak on Accessibility at Silverstripe's annual conference in Wellington New Zealand, which was an important milestone in her accessibility journey. The speech resonated with the community, prompting Silverstripe to highlight her material and 'talk' in a blog post. This event emphasised the rising significance of accessibility and strengthened her dedication to her cause.
